House Rules
No Smoking: Strictly no smoking inside the villas. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
No Parties or Events: Parties and events are not allowed. Please respect the tranquility of the resort.
No Pets: Pets are not permitted on the property.
Check-in and Check-out: Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep noise levels to a minimum during this time to respect other guests and neighbors.
By making a reservation with us, you automatically agree to the rules listed above. Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of your stay and a $500 fine.
Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation: Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
Cancellations within 30 Days: If canceled within 30 days of the arrival date, the guest will be charged the total price of the reservation.
Security Deposit
We reserve the right to request a security deposit prior to your arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
Damages and Penalties
If any damage is caused, smoking takes place inside, or there is evidence of a party or event, guests may be subject to financial penalties. This includes the cost of repairs, extra cleaning fees, and any associated costs.
Please report any damages or issues immediately so we can address them promptly.
